Can remember Karl in a few films and also as the detective with Michael Douglas which I always used to watch in my parents home late at night. As it was in the 70s detective films and serials were really big on the television with Kojak being another, but look at the way things are even now we have CSIs in just about every American city.So there is still a place for detective drama serials and also with movies. But then we have the original crime writer, the one and only Agatha. Agatha Christie has wrote countless crime stories and most of them are very good and still are being adapted for TV today, she has made many actors rich and famous with David Suchet as one.
