Myrna Loy & Hats – the subject of today’s Friday Foto Follies because no one wore them better.
This post was inspired by and is dedicated to Sarah Owens – classic film fan, Loy admirer, friend and all-around great gal.
Great way to start the day. Thank you!
I’m glad you like it. 🙂
Myrna could have a bucket adorn her head and she’d still rock it!
What a varied lot of hats! Fabulous and often outrageous! Myrna owns them.
I think you have shown every hat she ever wore.
Thanks for sharing.
Myrna Loy knocked me over the first time I saw one of her films, and I haven’t been able to recover (don’t really want to, either). She is perhaps the most crush-worthy actress of her era. I agree with the previous comment about Loy being able to rock a bucket, too.
So, you’re saying she wore a lot of hats at her job?
I’d also like to share that I have Myrna pretty high on my list of sexiest eyebrows in Hollywood history…http://aperturereviews.blogspot.com/2015/09/the-sexiest-eyebrows-in-hollywood.html
Myrna Loy was certainly the hat girl, wasn’t she? :-D.
Love this Myrna Loy hat pictorial! Vintage millinery not only rocks, it’s my passion!
