It’s been an unusually busy few weeks around my neck of the woods, but I didn’t want the holiday season to go by without extending wishes to all those who’ve been so supportive of Once Upon a Screen.
To you and yours…
And because I think we could all use good news these days following are two old-time radio shows from the late 1930s, star-filled Christmas treats sponsored by Maxwell House and brought to audiences directly from the MGM lot – “Good News.”
Maxwell House presents “Good News Christmas 1938” with host, Louis B. Mayer.
“Good News of 1939” with host, Robert Young
All the best to everyone…..for everything…..
wishing you the very happiest of holidays, Aurora
Same goes, Marsha!! 🙂
Happy Holidays to you and yours. Hoping you’re enjoying an excess of food, drink and happiness. 🙂
Is too much excess redundant? 🙂 Wishing you the same. Here’s to a fabulous 2015!
